About Falwa

Falwa was born from a desire to redefine the essence of Emirati hospitality — to craft a space where heritage and innovation meet in harmony. Our name comes from the فَلـــوَه, the young Arabian horse, and every detail is shaped by its grace: experiences that reflect the timeless beauty of our land and a sense of elegance and belonging.

The kitchen

Our chefs grind their own baharat, cure their own lemons and cook over binchotan charcoal. Seafood arrives daily from the Gulf; lamb is sourced from a single family farm. Nothing leaves the pass without a final taste.

The room

Hand-carved mashrabiya screens, brushed brass and low candlelight — a room designed for long dinners and quiet celebration, with a terrace facing the water.
